Resolution No. 44-2015
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City’s estimated annual
requirement of ready-mix concrete and flowable fill to OK Concrete
in the amount of $410,075.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids fo r the City’s
estimated annual requirement of ready -mix concrete and flowable fill; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on March 2, 2015; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase ready -mix concrete and
flowable fill for use by various City departments during the next 12-month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the City’s estimated annual
requirement for ready-mix concrete and flowable fill to OK Concrete in the amount of
$410,075.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of April, 2015.
