Resolution appointing a member to a term on the Wichita-Wilbarger
9-1-1 District Board of Managers
WHEREAS, the Wichita-Wilbarger 9-1-1- District has a Board of Managers
represented by members as governed by the “Health and Safety Code, Title 9, ch.
772, subchapter d,” including two members appointed jointly by all participating
municipalities in the district; and,
WHEREAS, Glenn Barham has served on this board and has expressed interest
and willingness to be reappointed as a Cities Representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1. Glenn Barham is appointed to fill an additional term on the Board of
Managers of the Wichita-Wilbarger 9-1-1- District, said term to expire on May 15, 2017.
