Ordinance granting an 800 square foot Permanent Private Electrical
Utility Easement lying within the public right -of-way of 10th Street,
between Lot 12-A Block 261, J.P. Boyd & R.M. Moore Subdivision
and Lot 1-C, Block 262, Thompson Subdivision, more specifically
described and depicted on the attached Exhibit “A”
WHEREAS, United Regional Health Care System has requested the City grant a
permanent private underground electrical utility easement to enable them to run
electricity for the purpose of illuminating their newly constructed parking lot located at
1624 10th Street, Lot 12-A, Block 261, J.P. Boyd and R.M. Moore Subdivision, known as
1630 10th Street; and,
WHEREAS, all affected City departments have approved this request; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best public interest to grant said
utility easement as herein indicated on the attached Exhibit “A” Permanent Private
Underground Electrical Utility Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
An 800 square foot Permanent Private Electrical Utility Easement lying within the
public right-of-way of 10th Street, between Lot 12-A Block 261, J.P. Boyd & R.M. Moore
Subdivision and Lot 1-C, Block 262, Thompson Subdivision, more specifically
described and depicted on the attached Exhibit “A”, is hereby granted to URHCS in
exchange for the amount of $6,600.00.
