Resolution No. 37-2015
Resolution authorizing and approving appointments to the Board of
Directors of the Tax Increment Financing District, Reinvestment
Zone #4
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Chapter 311 of the Texas Tax Code, the City
Council of Wichita Fall s has formed Tax Increment Financing District, Reinvestment
Zone #4; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with the ordinance creating said district, a board of
directors for the zone is created and the City Council shall appoint at least five
members to serve with staggered terms; and,
WHEREAS, the ordinance creating said district also requires the City Council to
appoint one member of the Board to serve as chairman for a term of one year that
begins on January 1 of the following year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS THAT:
1. The following appointments for the Board of Directors of the Tax Increment
Financing District, Reinvestment Zone #4 are hereby authorized and approved:

2. _Benjamin Filer __ is appointed as Chairman of the board for a term that
expires January 1, 2017.
