Resolution No. 35-2015
Resolution approving Change Order No. 1 for the Cypress Water
Treatment Plant Ultraviolet Disinfection System Construction/
Installation Contract
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with
Bowles Construction Co. for the Cypress Water Treatment Plant Ultraviolet Disinfection
System Construction/Installation Contract with the estimated total cost of $224,000.00;
and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will increase the contract $30,406.84 for a
revised cost of $254,406.84.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 for the Cypress Water Treatment Plant Ultraviolet
Disinfection System Construction/Installation Contract in the amount of $30,406.84 is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of March, 2015.
