I. Call to Order and Introductions
Stephen Garner called the meeting to order and all members and staff introduced
themselves.
ll. Approval of Minutes
Larry Scott moved to approve the minutes of the December 9, 2014 minutes. Michael
Chapman seconded. Motion passed.
III. New Members
City Council appointed three new members to the committee: Daniel Fitzwater, Donna
Rust and Shannon Rutledge- Hopkins. Steve Garner welcomed the new members and
provided some background on the work of the committee since its charter.
