RESOLUTION NO. 32-2015
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional
Services Agreement with Garver LLC for engineering services in
conjunction with Taxiway C Reconstruction at Wichita Falls Regional
Airport, in an estimated amount of $261,600.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires engineering services be performed
in conjunction with Taxiway C Reconstruction at Wichita Falls Regional Airport; and,
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration will fund 90% of the cost of
these services and Airport Funds are available to fund the remaining 10% local share
of the service agreement;
WHEREAS, Garver LLC proposes to provide these services at an estimated cost
of $261,600.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute the professional services agreement
attached, with changes thereto in a form approved by the City Attorney, in an estimated
amount of $261,600.00.
