Resolution to approve Change Order No. 2 for the completion of the
2014 Street Rehabilitation Project
WHEREAS, Bobby Bounds Excavation, Inc. has completed the 2014 Street
Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, the in field placed quantities have been measured and result in a
deduct of $671,247.75 from the contract amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #2 for the 2014 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of a
deduction of $671,247.75 is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute Change Order No. 2 for the City for the final acceptance of the project for a
final cost of $2,621,057.25.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of March, 2015.
