Resolution No. 29-2015
Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2015 Concrete
Street Rehabilitation Project to Freeman Paving LLC in the
amount of $817,960.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015
Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Freeman Paving
LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $817,960.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2015 Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project is awarded
to Freeman Paving LLC, in an estimated total amount of $817,960.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of March, 2015.
