Resolution No. 28-2015
Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2015 Wayfinding Water
Tank Logo Project to Williams Painting and Sandblasting, Inc. in the
amount of $76,330.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015
Wayfinding Water Tank Logo Project ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Williams Painting
and Sandblasting, Inc., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
$76,330.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2015 Wayfinding Water Tank Logo Project is awarded
to Williams Painting and Sandblasting, Inc., in an estimated total amount of
$76,330.00, and the City Manager is authorized t o execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of March, 2015.
