Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Engineering
Services Agreement with CDM/Smith for the Permanent Water Reuse
Project (Part 2, Design, Construction and Startup Services) in the
amount of$2,510,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas (the "City") owns and operates the
River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to discharge treated effluent from this facility to
Lake Arrowhead to be utilized as a water supply source; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined CDM/Smith to be a competent engineering
firm capable of performing this work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager of the City of Wichita Falls is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with CDM/Smith to perform Engineering Services for the Permanent Water
Reuse Project (Part 2, Design, Construction and Startup Services) in the amount of
$2,510,000.00.
