the taxes due against said property have been paid for the year 1923 1
and all prior years thereto, including the year 1891, and that the City
has no interest in said property, and desires to quit -claim its interest
to Dots <<os. 4 and 5, in 31ock o. 66, of.the original ion =rnsite of the
City of dichita Falls, exas, to gory, the present owner the reotf.
It is therefore ordered and directed by the !-3oard of aldermen
of the City of Wichita 'Falls, Texas, that Frank Collier, I:Iayor, by and
he is hereby authorized and empowered as the agent of xaid City to exe-
cute and deliver to J. J. Lory a quitclaim deed to ;,rots Nos 4 and 59
in ]31`ock. No. 66, of the Original Townsite of the City of 'lichita Falls
Texas, relinquishing all of the City of ';]ichita Falls, Texas, right,
title, claim and interest in and to said property to the said J. J. Lory
and it is so ordered.
