Moved by Alderman Clifford that Perkins - Timberlake Co-
mpany be permitted to cut entrance to their basement on sidewalk
near the entrance to their store on Ninth Street.
Motion seconded by Alderman Young and carried.

in the sum of 475.00 for installing Sanitary Sewer from the alley
East of Grant Street along Avenue K, to West side of Grant Street.

Moved by Alderman Clifford that request of G. C. Johnson for
permit to operate cold drink stand and confectionery on his property
at 1409 - 1 th Street, be accepted and a public hearing ordered for
May 19th, %24.
