This Ordinance is passed at the request of the
Wichita Falls & Southern Railroad Company for the purpose of
enlarging and maintaining their industry tracks, and the Wichita
Falls & Southern Railroad Company by acceptance of the provi-
sions herein, shall become obligated to protect the City of
Wichita Falls, "Texas, and save and hold it harmless from all
damages, claims, judgments and court costs for which the said
City may be liable to property owners growing out of the closing
and abandoning the Street specified in said Ordinance, and it
is so ordered.
That the said City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
hereby retains eaaements in and across said land and through
said port ion of Eleventh Street for the purpose of laying and
running all character of public utility lines, including water,
light, gas, electric, telephone, telegraph and poorer lines.
