Resolution awarding bid and contract for the Washington Street
Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project in the Amount of $56,600.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Washington
Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles Construction Co.,
wh ich made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $56,600.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Washington Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project is
awarded to Bowels Construction Co., in an estimated total amount of $56,600.00, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
