I. Call to Order and Introductions
Stephen Garner called the meeting to order and all members and staff introduces{
themselves.
11. Approval of Minutes
Penny Miller presented the draft minutes fro-n June (there were no minutes for July, since
there was not a quorum to conduct business.) Clayton Lane moved the minutes of the July
meeting be approved. Michael Chapman seconded. Minutes were approved.

Clayton Lane asked 'if there had been any change in the availability of federal or state
funds for this project. There has not.
Members discussed options for funding and members were asked to compile a list of
potential donors.
