Resolution appointing a City Attorney for the City of Wichita Falls
and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services
Agreement with the Appointee
WHEREAS, Section 61 of the City Charter authorizes the City Council to appoint
the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Kinley Heggl und is hereby appointed as the City Attorney for the City of Wichita
Falls.
The Mayor is authorized to execute a Professional Services Agreement with the
appointee.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of November, 2014.
