ORDINANCE NO. 50-2014
Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for
Preparedness and Community Prevention in the amount of $12,860
received from The Department of State Health Services and
authorizing the City Manager to execut e contract accepting same
WHEREAS, the Health District and the Department of State Health Services
desire to enter into a contract for continued public health services; and
WHEREAS, approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to the
adoption of the 2014 - 2015 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $12,860 for the
Emergency Preparedness program, and the City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with the Department of State Health Services for the Wichita Falls -Wichita
County Health District.
