RESOLUTION NO. 119-2014
Resolution authorizing award of bid to BMW Motorcycles of N. Dallas
for the purchase of three (3) BMW Police Motorcycles in the amount
of $74,634.00
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase three police motorcycles for
the Police Motor’s Division; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for such the
purchase; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on October 3, 2014 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for three police motorcycles to BMW
Motorcycles of N. Dallas, in the amount of $74,634.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of October, 2014.
