Resolution awarding the bid for the Cypress Water Treatment Plant
Ultraviolet Disinfection System Equipment Procurement Contract
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Cypress
Water Treatment Plant Ultraviolet Disinfection System Equipment Pr ocurement
Contract; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Trojan
Technologies, which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $195,200.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Cypress Water Treatment Plant Ultraviolet Disinfection
System Equipment Procurement Contract is awarded to Trojan Technologies, in an
estimated total amount of $195,200.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of October, 2014.
