RESOLUTION NO. 116-2014
Resolution awarding the bid for the 2014 Wichita River Flood Control
Clearing Project
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2014
Wichita River Flood Control Clearing Project ; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is DCi Contracting,
Inc., which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $109,720.00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2014 Wichita River Flood Control Clearing Project is
awarded to DCi Contracting, Inc., in an estimated total amount of $109,720.00, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for
the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of October, 2014.
