RESOLUTION NO. 114-2014
Resolution authorizing award of bid to Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln
Inc., for the purchase of six Ford Fusion sedans in the amount of
$101,390.22
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase six sedans for the City’s
vehicle fleet; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for such
purchase; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on October 9, 2014 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for six (6) Ford Fusion sedans to
Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln , in the amount of $101,390.22.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of October, 2014.
