RESOLUTION NO. 112-2014
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City’s estimated annual
requirement of liquid ferric sulfate to Chemtrade Chemicals US LL C,
in the amount of $222,740.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
estimated annual requirement of liquid ferric sulfate ; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on October 3, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase liquid ferric sulfate for use in
the water purification process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of liquid ferric sulfate
to Chemtrade Chemicals US LLC in the estimated amount of $222,740.0 0.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of October, 2014.
