SECTION 1. That the following described tract of land located in
Wichita County, Texas, be and the same is hereby now ordered to be annexed to,
and thereby included within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and that the corporate limits be extended to include such tract of land
in Wichita County, Texas, the same being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way line
of U. S. Highway 281 at the southeast corner of the Hursh
Addition;
Thence South 350 -ft along west right-of-way line
of iighway 281;
Thence South 89° 34' :•Test 1680.1 feet;
Thence Worth 110 Of West 356.1 feet to a point west
of the South line of the Hursh Addition;
Thence North 89 a 30 East 1731.0 feet along South
side of Hursh Addition to place of beginning.
SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3a of the Amended Charter
of the City of Wichita Falls this Ordinance is, on the 8th day of ?March, 1954,
introduced and the City Clerk is directed to publish said Ordinance one time
in a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Wichita Falls, •
Texas, and seven days thereafter this Ordinance may be finally acted upon.
This Ordinance having been introduced on the 8th day of March, 1954
and having been published in a newspaper of general circulation published in
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, one time, to-wit, on the 4 7/day of March
1954, and seven days from such publication having elapsed, this said Ordinance
is finally passed and approved this, the 2 yday of March, «. D. 1954.
