RESOLUTION NO. 106-2014
Resolution extending the charge to the ad hoc Lake Wichita Study
Committee from 18 months to 36 months and changing its name to
the Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee
WHEREAS, the City Council appointed the ad hoc Lake Wichita Study
Committee in May 2013, which had an 18-month period in which to address the several
items in the charge to the committee ; and,
WHEREAS, the Lake Wichita Study Committee has requested the time period
be extended to 36 months and the name of the committee be changed to the Lake
Wichita Revitalization Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Lake Wichita Study Committee time period is hereb y extended to 36 months
and it is renamed the Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee.
