RESOLUTION NO. 102-2014
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Engineering
Services Agreement with Biggs and Mathews Incorporated for
Procurement, Design, and Construction of Ultraviolet Equipment for
the Direct Potable Reuse Project in an amount not to exceed
$112,000
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas (the “City”) owns and operates the
Direct Potable Reuse Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to operate this plant for a period to exceed 6
months; and,
WHEREAS, the City has determined Biggs and Mathews, Inc., to be a competent
engineering firm capable of performing this work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager of the City of Wichita Falls is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement with Biggs and Mathews Inc. to perform Engineering Services for the
Procurement, Design, and Construction of Ultraviolet Equipment for the Direct Potable
Reuse Project.
