RESOLUTION NO. 100-2014
Resolution awarding the bid and contract for the Landfill
Maintenance Building to M&F Litteken Co. in the amount of
$499,000.56
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Landfill
Maintenance Building; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is M&F Litteken Co.,
which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $499,000.56.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Landfill Maintenance Building is awarded to M&F
Litteken Co., in an estimated total amount of $499,000.56, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of
such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of September, 2014.
