Resolution rejecting the bid for the 2014 Wichita River Flood Control
Clearing Project
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2014 Wichita
River Flood Control Clearing Project; and
WHEREAS, the only bidder was DCi Contracting, Inc., who made a unit price bid
with an estimated total of $136,800.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2014 Wichita River Flood Control Clearing Project in an
estimated total amount of $136,800.00, by DCi Contracting, Inc. is hereby rejected.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of September, 2014.
