Ord 1718 4/11/1955j� ORDINANCE NUMBER � I AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, BY ANNEYING CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE PRESENT TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, THE SAME LYING IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION FROM THE PRESENT CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS; ALL OF t'RiICH ARE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE. (Faith Village Unit No. Four (4 ) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the following described tract of land located in Wichita County, Texas, be and the same is hereby now ordered to be annexed to and to be included within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and that the corporate limits be extended to include such tract of land in Wichita County, Texas, the same being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the south line of Phillips Drive with the west line of Hughes Drive, said point being a corner of the present city limit line; THENCE East along the south line of Phillips Drive, 1043.9 feet to the beginning of a 240 foot radius curve to the right; THENCE following said curve to the right 377.0 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE South 510.0 feet to the south line of Pool Street; THENCE Easterly along the south line of Pool Street to the center of the easement between McNiel Avenue and Cunningham Drive; THENCE South along the center of said easement ?467 feet, more or less,'to the north line of a country road; THENCE West along the north line of said country road 1628.1 feet to the southeast corner of the Lakeview Cemetery; THENCE North along the east line of the Lakeview Ceme- tery 2732 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of Lakeview Cemetery; THENCE East 150 feet to the west line of Hughes Drive; THENCE North along the west line of Hughes Drive 470 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 114.8 acres, more or less. Section 2.
