FALLS, ALL OF I�JHICH ARE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE (UNIVERSITY PARK SUBDIVISION SECTION B -2). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERitFiEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEX S: SECTION 1. The following described tract of land located in Wichita County, Texas, be, and the same is hereby, now ordered to be annexed to and to be included within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and that the corporate l -units be extended to include such tract of land in WichitaCounty, Texas, the same being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land out of Blocks 14 and 15, Denton County School Lands, Abstract 58, Wichita County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Block 15 of Denton County School Lands, an iron stake 10 feet East of fencecorner; THENCE N. 89 deg. 401 W. along the South line of said Block 15 as fenced 1224.3 feet to a point; THENCE N. 40 deg. 361 W. 348 feet to a point; THENCE N. 63 deg. 521 E. 336 feet to a point; THENCE N. 29 deg. 351 E.-405.7 feet to a point in the South line of Phillips Drive; THENCE S. 52 deg. 14T E. along said South line of Phillips Drive 204 feet to a point of curve; THENCE Easterly along said curve to the left, having a central angle of 38 deg. 071 and a radius of 783 feet,. 520.9 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE continuing along the South line of Phillips Drive, East 462.8 feet to a point; THENCE South 470 feet to a point; THENCE North 89 deg. 40t W. 205 feet to the point of beginning and containing 17.6 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3a of the Amended Charter of the City of Wichita Falls, this ordinance -is, on the 11th day of October, 1954, introduced, and the City Clerk is directed to publish said ordinance one time in a newspaper of general circula- tion, published in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and seven days
