Please prepare ordinance for abandonment of that portion of Linda
Lane. Southwest of Hines Boulevard between Lot .1 Block 14 and Lot, 28
Block 13 of Sunnyside Heights Addition. Being more fully described as
follows:
t Beginning at a point being the intersection of the northwest line
of Linda Lane with the southwest line of Hines Boulevard;
Thence in a south westerly direction along the southeast line of
Lot 28 block 13 a distance of 50 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the Left;
Thence along said curve a distance of 82.4 feet to a point for
corner in the northeast line of the Wichita Falls Independent School
District property;
Thence in a south easterly direction along said line a distance
of 63.5 feet to a point for corner;
Thence in a north easterly direction along a curve to the right,
being the north west line of Lot 1 Block 14, a distance of 83.7 feet
to end of said curve;
Thence.in a north westerly direction a distance of 50 feet to a
point in the southwest line of Hanes Boulevard;
Thence in a north westerly direction a distance of 60 feet to the
place of beginning.
