COMPANY'OF TEXAS THE RIGHT, PRIVILEGE AND FRANCHISE
TO CONSTRUC,T, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A SPUR TRACK IN,
UPON, OVER((. ND ACROSS PARK STREET AND IN,��ON, OVER
AND ACROSS AN ALLEY SITUATED BLOCK B
GRANGER & B.A:LLOW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA COUNTY, TEXAS, AND TO OPERATE
ITS TRAINS, ENGINES AND CARS THEREON

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS:
Section 1. That the Missouri- Kansas -Texas Railroad
Company of Texas, its successors and assigns, be and it is here-
by granted the right, privilege and franchise to construct,
maintain and operate a spur track in, upon, over and across two
tracts or parcels of land situated in the Granger & Ballow Addi-
tion out of the J. A. Scott Survey No. 12 in the City of Wichita
.Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tracts of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Tract No. 1
All of the land lying between two parallel, part-
ly curved and partly straight, outside boundary lines
distant respectively 8.5 feet northeasterly from and
8.5 feet southwesterly from the following described
center line of said spur track;
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
easterly line of Park Street and the Missouri-Kansas-
Texas Railroad Company of Texast ICC Track No. 42
chaining station 1 plus 66.08;
Thence northwesterly along the center line of
said ICC Track No. 42, a distance of 2.18 feet to
point of switch;
Thence northwesterly through a number six (6)
turnout to the left 47.5 feet to point of frog;
Thence northwesterly by tangent to last described
frog a distance of 9.15 feet to point of ending on the
westerly line of Park Street;
.Containing an area of 1,000 square feet, more or
less.
Tract No. 2
All of the land lying between two parallel curved
outside boundary lines distant respectively 8 -.5 feet
northerly from .and 8.5 feet.._southerly . wfrom,_.the follow-
ing described center li ne of spur track; sa' d boundary
lanes to extend northwesterly from the &I mw line
r of a 12 -foot alley at chaining station 1 plus 82.3 on
said spur track to the easterly lane of said alley at
chaining station 1 plus 94.4;
Commencing at the point of intersection of the
easterly line of Park Street and the Missouri- Kansas-
Texas Railroad Company of Texas' ICC Track No. 42 at
ICC Track No. 42 chaining station 1 plus 66.08;
