Ord 1736 10/10/1955ORDINANCE NO. 1736 AN ORDINANCE SETTING ASIDE FROM THE REVENUES OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO PROVIDE FOR THE CITY DEBT SERVICE FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 195E TO PAY PUBLIC UTILITY OBLIGATIONS; PROVIDING FOR A METHOD OF PAY- MENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD- `0F'ALDERMEN OF `'THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS: SECTION 1. That there be set aside from Public Utilities of the City of Wichita Falls the to pay Public Utility Obligations accruing in the on the outstanding water bond issue in the sum of sum of money to b� set up in a fund to be known a Debt Service Fund. the revenues of the sum of $158,684.00 fiscal year 1956 $2,842,000.00, said s "Water Department SECTION 2. That there be set aside from the revenues of the Public Utilities of the City of Wichita Falls the sum of $48,398.00 for the payment of Public Utility Obligations accruing in the fiscal year of 1956 on the outstanding sewer bond issue in the sum of $810,000. 00, said sum of money to be set up in a fund to be known as "Sewer Department Debt Service Fund," SECTION 3. That said total sum of $158,684.00 herein set aside is to be divided into twelve (12) equal installments and paid into the funds provided in the bond order each month in the sum of .$.13,223.67. SECTION 4. That said total sum of A48,398.00 herein set aside beginning October 1, 1955, be divided into twelve (12) equal install- ments and paid into the funds provided in the bond order each month in the sum of $3,033.16. EMERGENCY CLAUSEI The immediate need to set up the business of the City and preserve its orderly operation in the conduct of its affairs creates an emergency requiring suspension of the Charter Rule requiring Ordinances to be read at three regular meetings, and said rule is herehy suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force From and after its passage, and it is so ordained.
