AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING THE ALLEY IN BLOCK
EIGHT (8 ) OF THE LAKE1A1OOD PLACE ADDITION; AND ALSO THE
ALLEY LYING BETWEEN BLOCK EIGHT, LAKEWOOD PLACE ADDITION
AND THE HUGH WHITE ADDITION, BOTH BEING-r ADDITIONS TO THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS: .
SECTION 1. That the following described property
situated in the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County,
Texas,
BEING the alley in Block Eight (8) :of the Lakewood
Place Addition; and also the alley lying between Block �
Eight (8) , Lakewood Place Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, and the Hugh White Addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas,
be and the same are hereby " closed and abandoned to public
use as public alleys.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediate-
ly after it<sis passed , and no easements are reserved in, on
or over the property herein described.
PASSED AND APPROVED" this 9th day of April, A. D. 1957.
