SET'T'ING THE RATES FOR THE,F4%ATHERING AND REMOVAL OF
GARBBAGE AND REFUSE FROM ALL PREMISES WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF 'WICHITA FALLS9 AND OUTSIDE SUCH
CORPORATE LIMITS; PRIDING WHEN SUCH CHARGES SHALL :-
BE DUE AND PROVIDING THAT WATER SERVICE SHALL , BE SHUT
OFF FROM THE PREMISES IF' THE GARBAGE CHARGES ASSESSED'
AGA INST SUCH BILL ARE NOT PAID; PROVIDING FOR AN AD-
D IT°I,ONAL CHARGE OF ONE DOLLAR (61.00) FOR DISCONNECT -
ING'AND TURVING ON THE WATER; AND PROVIDING FOR PICKUP
SERVICE IN ALL RESIDENTIAL AREA,, ON THE BASIS OF TWO
TIMES WEEKLY ANt IN THEI COMMERCE AL AND INDUSTRIAL
AREAS - DAILY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS:9 TEXAS:
That Section 15 of Ordinance 1627 be and the same
hereby amended so that it shall hereafter read as
follows:
Section 15. Rates for gathering and removal of
garbage and -ruse from all premises within the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, shall be calculated on the follow-
ing basis:
Sec't.ion 1. Single family unit with
alley entrance 1.,5 per month
Section 2. One family unit or sin -
gle family unit,without
alley entrance, where it
Is necessary to carry
out refuse or garbage for
more than 20 ft. but less
than 100 ft. from pro-
perty line 00 per month
Section 3. Single family unit where
it is necessary to carry
out the refuse or garbage
more than 100 ft. from
the property line 4.00 per rionth

Section 5, Two fami 1y units on sep-

alley is available for ser-

Section 8. Commercial and business es-
tablishments, regardless of
location shall be charged at
a rate to be established by
the Supervisor of Garbage
and Waste Collection on the
basis of cost of daily ser-
vice, but no business, com-
mercial concern or establish -
ment.shall be less than 52.50
per month.
Section 9. All services in the residen-
tial areas shall be rendered
twice weekly.
$1.50 per month
Section 10 Services rendered to commer-
cial and industrial areas shall
be daily.
Section 11 Services rendered outside the
'� corporate limits shall be one
and one -half times the above
rates.

Section 12.All Sanitary Service charges shall
be due monthly on the date stamped
upon bills rendered and must be
paid at the office of the Water De-
partment in the City of °Wichita
Falls, ten (10) days after said
time and if not paid within said
time the City shall have the right
to shut off the water from such
premises and water service shall
not be Curned on again until said
bill ha. been paid in full, in-
cluding all additional charge of
0-ne Dollar ror disconnect ing and
t1as water on.
