as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot
One (1) Block Sixteen (16), Barwise and Jalonic

THENCE East, along the South line of Lots
One (1) and Two (2), for a distance of 128 feet
to the Southeast corner of said Lot Two (2•);
THENCE South 20 feet to the Northeast corner

SECTION 2. The City of Wichita Falls retains an ease-
ment in, on, over and /or under any part of said alley for
the purposes of maintaining., installing, repairing or re-
moving any public utility wire, pipe or any other method
of transporting any'form of public utility commodity.
