COMMENT:
The City Planning Board on July 15, 1955 approved the sub-
division of Hursh Addition Section 4 and on August l8, 1955 this
addition was approved by the Council.
As the subdivision complies with all city requirements and
the developer has fulfilled requirements of the Planning and Park
Boards, it is recommended that the area be annexed to the City of
Wichita Falls and that the ordinance be prepared accordingly,
Attached is a copy of the plat and field notes of same*
