AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY CLOSING AND ABANDONING THAT
ALLEY LYING BETWEEN 18TH STREET AND 19TH STREET IN BLOCK 9 OF
THE JALONIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND
ALSO PERMANENTLY CLOSING AND ABANDONING THAT ALLEY LYING BET-
WEEN 18TH STREET AND 19TH STREET IN BLOCK 10 OF THE JALONIC
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, BUT RESERVING
UNTO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, ANY AND ALL EXISTING
UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
SECTION I.
THAT that alley lying between 18th Street and 19th
Street in Block 9 of the Jalonic Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, shall be and the same is hereby closed and aban-
doned for use as a public alley.
SECTION II.
THAT that alley lying between 18th Street and 19th
Street in Block 10 of the Jalonic Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, shall be and the same is hereby closed and abandon-
ed for use as a public alley.
SECTION 111.
THAT the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, reserves any
and all utility easements that may or might now exist over or
through any portion of the above described alleys.
