NOW THEREFORE ' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS.. TEXAS:
Being situated in League 1, Denton County School Lands,
more fully described as follows;
SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3--A of the Amend-
ed Charter of the City (Of. _T_Lta Falls, Texas, this ordinance
is on the day of 1960, introduced and the City
Clerk is UT-r—ec-T—ed to piu-Mish s;a—=rdinance one time in a newspaper
of general circulation published in the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and seven days thereafter this ordinance may be finally act-
ed upon.
