PU,T THEREOF OF RECORD IN THE DEED RECORDS OF WICHITA COUNTY, TEXAS,
TO WHICH REFERENCE IS HERE MADE FOR ALL PURPOSES, f ND RESERVING
UNTO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINES AND ALL
OTHER UTILITIES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD of ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FILLS, TEXAS
SECTION 1. That that portion of 27th Street from the
West right -of -way line of Lamar Street Westward to the East right -
of -way line of U. S. Highway 281, and more particularly described
as that portion of 27th Street which lies adjac-at to Lot I in
Block• 5 of Lhe Holliday Gardens Subdivision of Wichita Falls,
Texas, according to the plat thereof of record in the deed records
of Wichita County, Texas, to which reference is here made for
all purposes, be and the same is hereby closed for use as a pub-
lic alley.
SECTION 2. The City of Wichita Falls hereby reserves an
easemant for sewer lines and a l l other utilities with the right of
ingress and egress to construct, re-- construct, maintain or alter
the same in, over and through any portion of the land heretofore
described in Section 1.
