FALLS, TEXAS., BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE NCRTHEAST
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAkS ., WHICH U NDS
ARE DESCR?DED IN THIS ORDINAL CE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the following tract of land located in Wichita
County, Texas, be and the same is hereby ordered to be annexed and
to be, included within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and that the corporate limits be extended so as to in-
clude said tract of land in Wichita County, Texas, the same being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of the Thomas Curry Sur-
vey and 100 feet North of the North line of a county road known as
McKinley Lane.
THENCE East parallel with and 100 feet North of the North line
of McKinley Lane to a point in the West line of Armstrong Drive,
said point being 100 feet North of the Southwest corner of property
leased by the Uniued States Government to the City of Wichita Falls
for the Municipal. Airport;

point in the North line of McKinley Road;
THENCE West along the North line of McKinley Road to the East
line of the Thomas Curry Survey;
THENCE North 100 feet to the place of beginning, containing
20 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3 -A of the Amended
Charter of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, this ordinance is on
the day of , 1960, introduced and the City
Clerk is directed o publish said ordinance one time in a news -
paper-of general circulation published in the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and seven days thereafter this ordinance may be finally
acted upon.
