AN ORDINANCE DISCONTINUING CERTAIN PROPERTY WENCH IS NOT SUIT-
ABLE OR NECESSARY FOR CITY PURPOSES, AND 'WHICH IS NOT INHABITED AS
A PART OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, AND ELIMINATING THE SAME F CM
THE CITY LIMITS OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THE SAME BEING A TRACT OF
LAND OUT OF THE ROBERT EV: NS SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO, 74, WICHITA COUNTY" 9
TEXAS, WHICH TRACT OF LAND IS FULLY DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has heretofore taken within
the corporate limits, by a duly adopted orl inance, the hereinafter
described lands; and
WHEREAS, the lands hereinafter described are uninhabited, and
WEEREAS9 the Board of Aldermen finds that such territory is
not 'suitable or necessary for city purposes; and
WHEREAS, it, is the- desire of the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas, to delete the hereinafter described lands
from the corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls and discon-
tinue said territory as a part of such corporate limits.

CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, That
SECTION I The following described tract of land situated in
Wichita County, Texas, be and the sage is hereby discontinued e

part of the territory of said City of Wichita Falls, the same being
a tract of land out of the Robert Evans Survey, Abstract Nom 74,
Wichita County, Texas, being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at the north west corner of a 4.89 acre tract of
land owned by W. S Bristow, said point being 11261 west of
the intersection of the north right -of -way line of U. S.
Highway 82 and 277 and the south right-of-way line of Ninth
Street extended
THENCE south along the west line of the said Bristow tract
to a point '2501 from the center line of said U.S. Highway
82 and 277 measured at right angles thereto;
THENCE north easterly parallel to and 2501 from the center
line of said U.S. Highway 82 and 277 approximately 5001 to
the east line of said Bristow tract
THENCE `north westerly along said east Brie of said Bristow
tract to a point in the south line of Ninth Street extended,
said point being 85t east of the north west corner of said
Bristow tract
THENCE west 851 from the place of beginning and being 3-1/?_
acres more or less
