SECTION 1. That the budget estimate of the revenues of
the City of ' ?•lichita Falls and the expenses of
conducting the affairs for the ensuing fiscal year, beginning
October 1, 1953, and end ink; September 30, 1959, as submitted
to the Board of Aldermen by the City �1.anager of said City, be
and the same is in all things adopted and approved as the budget
estimate of all the current expenses as well as the fixed charges
against said City for the fiscal year beginning the ist day of
October, 1�5o and endino, the 30th day Gf Septerr:ber, 1` +59.
SECTION, 2. That the appropriation for the fiscal year be-
ginning October 1, 1956, and ending September 30,

made a part hereof and marked .xhihit
SECTION The i,n77,ediate need to continue the normal operations
of the business of the City creates an emergency,
and in order to protect the public health, v:Yelfare and to preserve
the peace, this Crt.inance shall take effect immediately, and it is
