AN '-'PD INANCE SETTING ASIDE FROM THE REVENI ES OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO
PROVIDE FCR THE CITY DEBT SERVICE FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1959 TO
PAY PUBLIC UTILITY OBLIGTATIONS; PRWIDING FOR A IMETHOD PAYVIENT;AND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
}AUICHITA FALLS, TF.;.AS :
SECTION 1. That there be set aside from the revenues
of the Public Utilities of the City of
Wichita Falls, the sum of ''158, 158.00 to pay Public Utility Obli-
gations accruirg in the fiscal year 1959, on the outstanding water
bond issue in the sum of {2,510,000.00, said sum of money to be set
un in a fund to be known as ldater Department Debt Service Fund.
