ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHWEST
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FULLS 9 TEXAS 9 WHICH LANDS
ARE DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
IVICH IV,, FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the following tract of land located in
Wichita County, Texas, be and the same is hereby ordered to be
annexed and to be included within the corporate limits of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and that the corporate limits be
extended so as to include said tract of land in Wichita County,
Texas, the same being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 90.6 feet West and 95.5 feet South
of the Northeast corner of Block 14, League 1, Denton County
School Land;
THENCE following the present city limit lime along the
following courses:
East 1393.5 feet;
THEME South 482,1 feet to the North line of the Call Field
Road;
THENCE in a Westerly direction with Call Field Road 1395.5
feet;
THENCE South to the South line of the Call Field Road;
THENCE Westerly along the South line of the Call Field Road
to the East line of Fairway Boulevard;
THENCE North along the East line of Fairway Boulevard to a
point 95.5 feet South of the North line of Block 15, League 1,
Denton County School Land;
THENCE East parallel to and 95.5 feet South of the North
lines of Blocks 14 and 15, League 1, Denton County School Land to
the place of beginning and containing 63.5 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3 -A of the Amended
Charter of he Cit f Wichita Falls, Texas, this ordinance is
on the ay of J-y , 1959, introduced and the City Clerk
is dire ted to publis,,h said +ordinance one time in a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
and seven days thereafter this ordinance may be finally acted
upon.
This ordinance having been introduced on the day of
1959, and having been published in newspaper of
gen a circulation inthe City of Wichita Falls, Texas, to wit,
