IAN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH" EST
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEX! S, WHICH L. ^,NDS
PRE DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN CF THE CITY CF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS;
SECTION 1. That the following tract of land located in
Wichita County, Texas, be and the same is hereby ordered to be
annexed and to be included within the corporate limits of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and that the corporate limits be
extended so as to include said tract of land in Wichita County,
Texas, the same being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the present city limit line, said
point being at the intersection of the South right -of -way line
of Call Field Road with the East right-of-way line of Fairway
Boulevard;
THENCE following the present city limit line along the
following courses:
South along the East line of Fairway Boulevard to the South-
west corner of Section A -3 of University Park Subdivision;
THENCE West to the West right -of -way line of Fairway Boule-
vard;
THENCE South to the South line of Montrose Pvenue;
THENCE West along the South right -of -way line of Montrose
hvenue to the West line of Block 17, League 1, Denton County School
Land;
THENCE North along the West line of said Block 17; to the
North right -of -way line of the Fort Worth and Denver R.R.;
THENCE Northeasterly along the North right -of -way line of the
Fort Worth and Denver R.R. to the East line of Fairway Boulevard;
THENCE South along the East line of Fairway Boulevard to the
place of beginning and containing 250 acres more or less.
SECTION 2, In conformity with Section 3 -A of the Amended
Charter o�he Ci f Wichita Falls, Texas, this ordinance is
on the ay ofV&Y✓ , 1959, introduced and the City Clerk
is d ire tcd to publish said ordinance one time in a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
and seven days thereafter this ordinance may be finally acted
upon.
This ordinance having been introduced on the day of
1959, and having been published in a ne spaper of
general irculation in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, to wit,
