THERE ,S, the above described portion of Xentucky Street has
not been used or -maintained by the City of Wichita Falls as a
public street for a period of over fifty years and said portion of
Kentttcky Street is no longcr°used by or useful to the public as a
public street; now therefore,
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS -
SECTION I. That that portion of Kentucky Strect in Blocks 11
and 12 of the Bar wise and Jalonic Piddition to the City of Wichita
is P Texas, between the North line of Oak Street and the South
Fal,
line of Pecan Street shall be and the same is hcreby closed and
abandoned for use as a public street.
SECTION 11, That the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,, reserves
unto itself any and all utility easements that may or might now
exist in its favor over or through any portion cf said above des-
cribed portion of Kentuckv Street,
