AN CRDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 131, PARAGRAH (10)
OF CRDI NANCE 1641, BY ADDING THERETO PARAGRAPH (10a)
THERETO, AS FOLLOWS: "EXCEPTING STORES WITH FRONTAGES
OF 150 FEET CR MCRE, WHICH STCRES SHALL BE ENTITLED TO
ONE PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, TWO METERED SPACES IN LENGTH;
REVOKING ANY CRDI NANSE, OR PORTION OF CRDI N ANCE IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH, THE SAME BEING SET OUT HEREIN.
BE IT CRDA I NED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 131, Paragraph (10) of
Ordinance 1641 shall be amended so as
to include Paragraph(10a) therein, which shall read as
follows:
"Sub- Paragraph (10a).- Excepting stores with
frontages of 150 feet or more, which stores shall be
entitled to one passenger loading zone, two metered
spaces in length." W
