AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1900 AND SETTING THE
TIME FOR THE REGULAR NEETIN4SOF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF loJICHITA FALLS.
Vj[HEREAS, at the present time there are many citizens who
can not attend afternoon meetings of the Board of Aldermen and there
are many citizens who can not attend evening meetings of the Board
of Aldermen; and
WHEEAS, it is the desire of the Board of Aldermen to set
the time for the meetings of the Board of Aldermen so that all citi-
zens will be able to attend at least one meeting a month; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION I.
That in accordance with Section 34, as amended, of the Char-
ter of the City of Wichita Falls the regular meeting time of the Board
of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls shall be the second Monday of
each month at 2 :30 0' clock P.M. and the fourth Monday of each month at
7 o'clock P.14.
SECTION II.
Ordinance No. 1900 and all other ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby expressly repealed.
