ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1416 AS AMEN-
DED BY ORDINANCESNO. 1425 AND NO. 1796 WHICH ORDINANCES ES-
TABLISH A LIQUOR ZONE IN WHICH LIQUOR MAY BE LEGALLY SOLD
WITHIN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS AND ADDING TO THAT AREA A
PORTION OF LAND WHICH IS DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT Section I. of Ordinance No.1425, as amended, is
hereby amended so that the same shall hereafter include the
following described area, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the present Liquor Zone
limit line, said point being in the West right -
of -way line of a street dedicated in the City
of Wichita Falls, as recorded in Volume 479,
Page 350 of the Wichita County Deed Records,
and being 150 feet Northerly from the North
right -of -way line of U. S. Highway 287;
THENCE North 100 feet;
THENCE West 205 feet;
THENCE South to a point in the present Liquor
Zone Limit Line, said point being 150 feet nor-
therly from the North right -of -way line of said
U. S. Highway 287 measured on a radial line
thereto;
THENCE Easterly along the present Liquor Zone
Li.i ;pit Line parallel to and 150 feet from the
North right -of -way line of said Highwayr 287 to
the place of beginning. 7"
